Total Car Care Livonia

We were on our way home to Grand Rapids area after a Tigers game. After stopping for a bathroom break and snacks our truck decided to breakdown and not start. We contacted our roadside assistance and they set us up with Total Car Care Towing. We had no idea about where to find reputable repair shops in the area. The tow driver was very skilled in how to get the truck onto the flatbed. We asked him for his recommendation on where to take our truck. Of course he recommended Total Care Care Auto Repair. A quick google review search helped us to make our decision. By 11pm we had our truck on it's way to the shop. They texted with confirmation that our truck was at the shop and that we would hear from them between 8-9 am the next morning. We ended up calling them right at 8am because of our work schedule. They answered right away, listened to our story and said they would look at it this morning. He said it sounded like a bad starter. This was at 8am. By 10am they called with the estimate a

We have been going here for years and won't got anywhere else. They are quick, solid work, fair pricing and what keeps us going there is they are honest. We know nothing about cars and they never take advantage of us. Would recommend to everyone

Best auto shop ever. They have cheap prices and a nice waiting room. The workers are very nice to everyone. I've gotten my cars tires replaced, did a good job. Oil change, did it fast. They do everything fast. I love this place. Go here if you need a repair. The Euro car care is also good. I don't have a European car but, I've seen it. It's good.
