I felt like I got exactly the service that I requested and paid for, at a very reasonable price (Oil change ). What was weird was that the invoice I received showed that other services, free services, were provided at my visit. Those services were not actually provided free or otherwise, so why would you claim they were provided? This is something you need to fix right away.
Amazing service!!! I came in last minute needing my brakes fixed, turned out to be the brakes, calibers and rotors.. before work at 7pm.. Austin and the crew were able to help me out and got my car fixed in a 4 hour time span!!!!! Friendly, welcoming, attentive, and my car sounds better than ever. Was offered water in the comfortable lobby area if I was waiting… i could go on and on about the spectacular service I received. I will 100% be coming back for all my brake/tire/etc needs!!!! Thank you Austin and the rest of Monro!!!
Great customer service. Quality work! Computer System kept freezing and snow and ice in parking lot proved difficult to navigate and walk through, but other than that, it was a great customer experience!
