Shaheen Collision Center

The team had repair my bumper on the passenger side and it was some scratches on it too. A lady hit me in the parking lot while I was sitting in my car. I just wanna say that this is my first time going to Shaheen Collision Center and everything turned out great!! The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond and helping me from one step to the next step. They did an excellent job of explaining how claims work. This is the first time my insurance was not paying for anything and so this was all new to me. Well anyways all the staff were very helpful!! My baby Sparkle looked brand new when I got her back lol. I took my new car in for deer damage, right from the start Rebecca was very easy to work with. She thought most likely, because it was a towed vehicle and would be worked into their schedule, that it would probably be a month. She kept me updated and my car was actually ready just under 3 weeks. The car looks great. All the ladies in the Collision Center were awesome. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
