I work here as a service writer. The Technician's are very thorough and explain to customer's what is exactly going on with their vehicle. I just want to clear some things up. When you as a customer make an online appointment you're not ordering anything. It comes through to my work email and someone either confirms your appointment threw email or calls which ever you choose to be contacted. The prices we don't make them, The rules we follow them, We are big on customer satisfaction and work with our customers to provide the vehicle needs to them in a timely fashion but as we all know things can happen big or small. Took my car here to get fixed $1000 later the issue never even got fixed. They're basically just guessing on what to fix. Had to take my car to a different shop in Holt. These guys are clueless.
