Originally my car was supposed to be fixed on Monday February 27th 2023. They called me on Friday February 24th 2023, letting me know that the parts arrived early. Would not recommend going here got a front end alignment they didn't even lossen my inner tie rod boots just twisted theme all up and ripped them now rack and pinion leaking and need new boots worst service I've ever had cost me more money in long run. ........ . Yes your manager did call I admit the rack was leaking but the boots were not ripped he just made excuses saying it won't hurt nothing pretty much they are sealed bearings that is no reason for your lazy techs not doing there job and loosing them and ripping them fact is job wasn't done right and I strongly recommend no one to ever use this business you will get excuses when they break your vehicle .

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I went in to have one flex pipe replaced. I had gone to a previous auto mechanic shop a few hours prior and they were trying to charge me $2,194- $2,251 for the repair. Being a woman I am already skeptical of mechanics. Luckily I took a man with me that is very knowledgeable in vehicles. And he told me that they were overcharging me. That's how I ended up going to Lentz. I worked with Jamie who was absolutely amazing! He walked me under my vehicle to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. I explain to him what the previous shop told me needed to be done and how much they were going to charge me. And he explained to me that all of that was not necessary. That he could get me taken care of and back on the road in about an hour. He definitely delivered & $2,000+ cheaper! They have gained a customer! I'll have no problem taking my vehicle back to Jamie to have work done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
