Our van broke down on the way from Grand Rapids to Detroit right before our flight was going to leave. We decided to just drop it off at this place and Uber to the airport. Holt Auto Repair couldn't have been any nicer or accomodating to our unusual predicament. They were prompt, handled all of our questions and had our van waiting out front with the keys locked in it so that we could pick it up on Saturday when they were closed. Highly recommend. This is my 2nd visit to Holt Auto Service after a recommendation from another shop. I've had some major work done on my car and I've been happy with their service and communication. Still have some issues with the car and they offered to get me back in asap.
