I had a great experience at this Gerber. The staff are kind and attentive. Anita in particular was very informational and thorough with the details of the repairs and even questions related to insurance. Our estimated time was 16 days and job was done in 5 days. They worked well with the people of Herts in Lansing airport providing transportation and rentals. The repair of the looks good, very much like the original. Highly recommended. Thank you to the techs in the back for your hard work.

I have gotten work done on my car from them twice and both times they made my car look better than new, cleaned the exterior and made the interior smell amazing! Everyone there is helpful and nice to work with! Would recommend!

Scheduled service which had a 3 week waiting before work could start. Had insurance errors by Gerber was supposed to be fixed next week and was called 2 days from my appointment that the person was 6 weeks out now. When I complained they cancelled the repair. Do not use this body shop now I have to wait weeks to get repaired again. Avoid this body shop entirely
