20 years ago a neighbor who is a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo recommended Woodward's to me and they have taken care of my family's cars ever since. Ron and Greg are the best (I was telling Ron once years ago about my kid crashing his first go Kart and he had us bring it in so he could straighten the frame). They have always treated us well and fairly and they do great work.
Two credible sources recommended Woodward Garage's work and prices (both my brothers). I was very happy with their customer service when I had my tie rods replaced today.
Their phone etiquette isn't the best but, they did great work on my vehicle, they were able to get it done fast and I was charged less than I was originally quoted. Not too bad of a shop. I would definitely recommend you at least check it out if you need some work done.
