As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable at auto shops and had a prior experience where I felt the men working there blew me off and weren't listening to my concern. That is when I went to Persons for the first time and they listened to what I was saying and made me feel comfortable with the plan. I will not go anywhere else in Kalamazoo from now on.
Used Persons for the first time a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, my truck was too old to be worth repairing, but the owner was straightforward about that. We appreciated their honesty and fair treatment. Definitely recommend to others looking for a local mechanic. Service: Auto maintenance
Terrible communication. My car was there all day today. Tail lights aren't working. They didn't call, I had to twice. When they told me what it might be it was after 4:30. No actual work done and I was charged $225. I told the guy with the white beard thank you when he pulled out my car and he didn't say anything.
