These guys are amazing! Even with half their staff out sick they made sure my vehicle was eventually taken care of in a timely matter. Absolutely nothing will stop these guys taking care of your vehicle. They don't over charge and are 100% reliable. 10/10 would recommend Services: Exhaust, Oil change
Parchment Auto Service is absolutely the best. Amazing customer service. Truly fair prices. Appropriate scheduling of appointments to see vehicles within in their means. Excellent work done right the first time. An example of their terrific customer service: Twice now, Ken or Leslie has offered to pick me up or drive me home so I don’t need to coordinate additional help or shuffle our 4 car seats around. They are just down to earth, kind hearted, hard working people, and I appreciate their presence in Parchment/Kzoo SO much!!!!
