I have used this body shop twice. They do high quality work and the gentleman at the counter who wrote the estimates was very thorough. They even repaired some unrelated scratches on adjoining panels.

There are so few places these days that offer exceptional Customer Care. As a retailer myself, I understand the difference between Customer Service, which all companies try to provide & Customer Care which Midwest Collison does supply From Joe, Stephanie & the entire team, this is the ONLY place I reccomend for having your car repaired after an accident. Overall wasn't that bad, took my F150 to get a quarter panel repaired after someone backed into me, it looked ok. Now the reason I am giving it 2 stars. A week after I brought it home I was installing an aftermarket rear bumper on my truck.......they welded one of the bolts that hold the bumper to the frame. I called and said something. The man I spoke to was a polite older gentleman, he said the bolt was giving them problems. I totally understand that once in a while you get a few rusted bolts that just give you a hard time but It would have been nice if they could have called me and told me they were doing any welding at all. I would have found a solution other than welding a damn bolt to the frame. The price was reasonable but I feel like if you are going to WELD anything to anyone's vehicle the owner should know and ultimately give the OK.
