Whenever I've needed work done on my car they are VERY friendly, courteous and will explain things where (me) common folk can understand. With all the years of family and now myself using their services, I would HIGHLY recommend them. They have always been honest with me. I remember couple years ago had them work on my car. I asked the mechanic if it was himself would he take the car on long trip to Florida? He said he would. So we did and when we returned I made a special visit to thank that mechanic and thanked him for his honesty with me. I would/do reccomend their services to anyone in need of good work done on their car. They are a LONG STANDING, ESTABLISHED business on the Eastside of Kalamazoo.
