I made an appointment for diagnosing engine noise at a cold start. We dropped the car the night before and also wrote on the key envelope diagnose sound at cold start. After 2 days I called to ask what was found. They provided me a list of items that could be fixed instead. They said they did not hear a sound. I provided them a video. They kept it 1 more day. I called again. They mentioned the oil was low (still on stick and reading good in car) and mentioned oil leak (it does have a minor drip). They say they heard the noise, but they were mot going to look into it any further. The woman at the desk wanted to argue instead of solving the issue. My complaint is, I took my vehicle there with specific instructions to diagnose a noise, they decided to do what they wanted and charged me for it. They gave me an estimate for over 7k (4k was shocks) in repairs, when I simply asked to figure out a noise. The report they provided was a good report, but was not what I asked to have completed.

I just purchased a pre-owned Subaru Forester and two weeks later, the check engine light and other warning lights started flashing as well! A friend of mine recommended to I take it to Flying Dog for a check up. They figured out the problem while I waited and even provided photos of what they found! They are very honest and professional and are one of the most courteous shops I've ever seen! Well done! I recommend them very highly!

We went here to get a headlight and a blinker fixed. We got an estimate ( way expensive) and picked up our car. Get home and notice they did not even do our blinker and a running light still was not working, they just forgot about it? We did have to pay like 2k plus. We bring it back and they end up changing our estimate and saying something else very expensive is not wrong with it ( how did you not find this the first time you looked at the blinker and charged us) We decided to get the problem taken care of and they didn’t charge us for the labor of the blinker because they forgot about it. We get it back and immediately the engine light is on and light are out in the console - I call within 5 mins leave a message. They don’t call back. My husband calls and they don’t call back. I leave a really stern message and they finally tell us they will look at it but we will have to pay again. The issue was never there until we picked it up that day, why would I have to pay for an issue they o
