Have been coming here for at least a decade. The team is constantly professional and on top of things. They are honest about what work needs to done and how urgent it is. If you bring in a vehicle for a specific problem they will address it, but also let you know about what else they see. You have the right to refuse service if you don't feel it's a need. They typically run sales and specials as well to try and keep the price down. It is perhaps more costly than your mom and pop shop, but that cost also comes with convenience as they can do most work within the span of a day and often take on unscheduled appointments and work. Have never had an issue!

Inexperienced mechanics who do not know what they are doing. My friend's brakes were completely screwed over after they installed new calipers and they would not issue a refund. Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I needed an alignment and decided on Firestone on W. Main. They took walk-ins which was awesome as I didn’t have time to make an appointment. Elario was extremely professional and answered all of my questions! My car didn’t start initially after the alignment and they immediately came to help get it started. They apologized (not their fault) and proceeded to make sure I knew that I could contact them if something was wrong. I highly recommend using them as they are transparent and don’t try to upsell you on anything! Service: Tires
