My husband's truck stopped working. We called a week in advance and were told he had an opening next Thursday and to have the truck towed in Wednesday night. We called the following Monday and were told that there was 30+ cars ahead of us before it could be looked at. They did get us in early and we were told that the battery cables were bad and we needed to buy the parts and then they could fix it. We got the parts and brought them in on Monday and were told maybe next week. They "fixed" the truck after 3 days but within a few days of getting the truck back it would no longer work. We found out that they did not hook the cables up correctly. So after spending almost $1600 for parts, towing, and a new mechanic the truck is finally fixed. I would not go back here ever. These guys were straight forward, fair, thorough, got back to me the same day, and didn't even charge for the inspection. My poor car is dead, but finding a diamond in the rough mechanic shop I will use from now on, exceptional!
