Autobody USA Westside

Dropped truck off to have it repaired (body work) and when I picked it up the rear brake lines were blown. Someone during a test drive or moving it in the lot busted the brake lines. Auto Body USA response was "it's not on us". Really disappointed - nobody took ownership on the issue that they created, and I picked up a broken truck that worked flawlessly before dropping it off.

Honestly could not be happier! I hit a deer and they literally saved me! Most shops would not even look at my car until March. And I’ve had really bad luck in the past with my car not being fixed properly and this place was amazing! My car was done earlier than they predicted. They kept me in the loop the whole time and the staff soooo nice. Thank you so much for all you guys do! My car literally looks brand new again. I will recommend to everyone! Got in a fender bender and was recommended this shop by my insurance. Had a great experience! Finished my repairs a day early and my vehicle was in better shape than before the accident.
