Could not identify the issue with my car and did not communicate with me, held the car for days and I had to call to figure out what was going on. I also asked them to fix a tire pressure sensor while it was there and they didn't do that either. And after all that I went to pick up the car and they were about to leave well before their listed closing time for the day, and they charged me $25 despite having done nothing to the car but check for a code and idle it. Took it to another shop and they identified and fixed the issue and communicated with me proactively.

I drove my car here and it was overheating I pulled in and told them the problem..they held the car just until the next day. Turns out it was a water pump that needed to be replaced. 2011 focus - $200 . Fair pricing they get the job done. I'd recommend
