On April 28th of this year, 2023, our 2020 Toyota Camry was hit in the driver's door by a deer that must have been moving at a dead run. Drivers door, front fender and every airbag on drivers side, went boom. Car was not drivable. Called 4 collision repair businesses. None of the 1st 3 could even get the car in until near the end of May. Spoke with Andrew at Van Eck. He said they were scheduling out into June BUT they always kept openings for cars that were not drivable (mine). I told him that I had to wait for the adjuster, he asked what insurance company I was with and said that if (absolutely no pressure) I wanted them to do the work he would be allowed by my insurance company to be the adjuster and I would be dealing only with him. I said yes. And this is the important part, within 20 minutes he had a wrecker pick up the car. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.
