Encountered a surly bearded man—who barely greeted me when I walked into the otherwise empty lobby. Asked about "Free Inspection" as advertised on sign outside of shop. Immediately was met by an irritated tone, and the guy acting like it was a huge imposition, asked what part of my car I wanted him to look at. Since my vehicle was older, I told him that I had a lot of issues—and rather than helping me pick which system he could start with, or informing me that there was a fee (which he later lied online in a previous review reply and told me he had informed me) for a complex diagnostic hookup, he assumed I was asking for my whole car to be inspected for free and sneeringly refused to do that. I was stunned and confused by his hostility. When I pointed out that his sign outside said "Free Inspections" and asked if he wanted to change his sign (meaning to something more accurate), he insisted that I leave.
