Muffler Man

10 out of 10. JR did all my work. We did a full custom install of 2.5" all the way from the cat. He was a very focused & careful worker, and asked for my input several times to make sure it was what I wanted. I brought my own muffler & tip, so he wanted the placement to be perfect & it definitely was. All of his welds were very clean & he made sure everything was 100% tight before he sent me on my way. He was friendly & talkative while working, which was really nice. He also made the extra effort to clean/wipe everything down before I pulled out. Lindsay was the manager who checked me in and out as well. She was very nice & didn't mind me hovering / watching my install. Definitely a cool group here that makes you feel like a person & not just another customer. She was really fair about pricing & taking care of my needs, while maintaining a price that's also fair to her shop. Phenomenal people & great work here. Will definitely return for future work + recommend them to any others out

I was told by other shops that I needed my whole exhaust replaced, and I was mentally prepared to spend around $1500 to fix it. Went in to get a quote, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear it would just need some welding. Less than $200 later I was good to go. Everyone I spoke with was great and they all deserve a raise! Definitely plan on coming here again if need be.

Management was kinda absent. Had a huge German shepherd in the waiting room that was kind of annoying, following me around and bothering my daughter. Didn’t really make any effort to diagnose/inspect my vehicle.
