I brought my 2016 explorer to them for some warranty work on my water pump. While I was dropping it off Joe asked if we wanted them to do the timing chain also and that it wouldn't be covered by warranty because it wasn't broken and it would cost us $900 out of pocket. So I told him to only do what the warranty would cover. A few days later they contacted me to tell me that my $100 deductible had now turned into $288 because my warranty didn't cover 1 hour of labor and some gaskets. So I said that was ok and they could start the work and was told it would take about a week to complete. Fast forward a week later and the day they told me it would be done I get a call from Joe saying that the timing chain had failed after they put it back together and that the warranty would cover the timing chain but wouldn't cover 10 hours of labor and the truck wasn't running good and they can either put it back together and I'd have to have it towed or they can do the work but my bill is now $1288. Ca

Great service. Helpful, honest, decent people. I've gone here for decades. Its changed ownership but still has great people. They have always been great to work with and have kept me & my 20+yr vehicle going. I've tried places closer to home.. but once I found them, I have always found them worth the drive and wait. ????
