Wright Brothers Collision

I would give this company 0 stars if at all possible. The staff is full of excuses, can't keep their reasons for repair delays straight, and straight up told me that they had "too much work" to manage and that was the reason for my nearly 1 week delay from the original date of completion. They offered me a loaner, 5 minutes after agreeing to that and getting there to pick it up...I was told that was GONE and they had given it to someone else. I was then offered a plow truck to get by until repairs on my vehicle were complete. Complete joke of a company.

Leslie at Wright Brothers is AMAZING!! Unparalleled customer service. I drove OVER AN HOUR to get to them based on a recommendation for my brand new SUV I whacked into the brick corner of my garage. :( Leslie turned my frown upside down! :) She was so reassuring and went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help me in every way she could and dealt with the dealer involved and the insurance company beautifully and got all supplemental items that my car needed covered. The work is awesome. My car looks brand new again! It is SO traumatic to damage a new car, but this place made getting it fixed as pleasant as possible. Done right and on time! Do not hesitate to drive a few extra miles to get this amazing, friendly and quality service. You will be like me, SO glad you did. They have a customer for life!

PLACE SUCKS took over a year too fox my car for small damages plus broke parts inside of my car lied too my insurance company PLACE is a scam paint color was off they did not wet sand or wheel out the car they put a dent in the passenger door and had too fix it PLACE is all screwed up Take your car some where eles 2007 Audi A8 don't listen too too your insurance company take it some where eles and Doug R .from triple A is a liar and as well Dont let them mess up your car better off letting a street person work on it vs them
