Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

Was driving through US from Canada when my car started making weird noises. Dan was very attentive to my car and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. Fast, efficient service and coming from Canada, relatively cheap as well.

Very very poor. Asked for a simple task to be done, which was to flush out the coolant. Set up an appointment earlier on the day to have service done. Waited for 2 1/2 hours and no one even checked on my vehicle. Should not take long to get a job done, especially when an appointment was made early on the morning for the purpose of being done. Then to offer an early service for the next day. That was the point of setting up an early appointment to begin with. Don't say your speedy if you can't do a simple task and there was not even many cars being serviced beforehand.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE- This is my 2nd time coming to this location to have my car serviced. Both times I was given very friendly customer & had my issues completely resolved. Great customer service & effectiveness are the most important elements in business for me, these guys have it!
