Bought my 2021 Trax recently from Randy Wise. Love this vehicle. Fair pricing, good sales rep (Kevin) and it was a good shopping experience. 4th vehicle from Randy Wise.
I worked with Derrick in the service department upon arrival. He was very courteous towards me and let me know what was needed for my first oil change. My mileage was a little over what was covered under warranty and he was still able to work with me so that it was covered. Overall a great experience with Derrick and I will be coming back for oil changes in the future!
