The manager Chris went OUT OF HIS WAY to drive to ANOTHER STORE to get ME rotors because he knew it was UNSAFE for ME TO DRIVE! I am so grateful for his act of kindness to allow me to drive safely to my vacation. I have never felt like I was in such good hands with a mechanic until now. The brand doesn’t make the store successful It’s the people who work there! 10/10 I am coming here for any of my tire, brake, oil changes or any other needs going forward!
It started out rough. I got there at 9a I was asked to come back in 1.5 hrs. Came back they pulled my car back took the tires off. I went in because of the maintenance light which was not on when I got there. Did have brake and turning signal light replaced. The second man that assisted me. Made sure we were on the same page about further work on my car., invited me back if the light comes on again. Cleaned off battery. I suggested an employee girlfriend should not be allowed in work area while their car was being serviced.
The two young men I some with were very kind and knowledgeable about my car situation. I was satisfied with my service.
