The manager Chris went OUT OF HIS WAY to drive to ANOTHER STORE to get ME rotors because he knew it was UNSAFE for ME TO DRIVE! I am so grateful for his act of kindness to allow me to drive safely to my vacation. I have never felt like I was in such good hands with a mechanic until now. The brand doesn’t make the store successful It’s the people who work there! 10/10 I am coming here for any of my tire, brake, oil changes or any other needs going forward!
The two young men I some with were very kind and knowledgeable about my car situation. I was satisfied with my service.
Sat for 5hrs to install tires and service i.s still not complete.... finally took it somewhere else to loosen lugs after the 4th try and I still have to return to get my tire put on..the 1 star is for the manager because he was really nice...but my rims are now ruined.
