Originally given an appointment on July 17th, I was promptly given a great inspection report and a plan of action we agreed on to sort out my 2001 m3. I don’t doubt Dennis and the guys here do great work. He seems to be very knowledgeable and thorough, HOWEVER, their lack of customer service was straight up annoying. I would have rather known on day 1 that they don’t have the time/capacity to get my car done in a reasonable timeframe than to be thrown excuses for 3 weeks straight. After the initial inspection, I was told I would receive a rough quote within a couple days. After 3 weeks of asking just for that rough quote, I was told on August 8th that their “schedule doesn’t align with mine.” While I totally accept that they have a lot of cars/clients ahead and that the job I’m looking to get done is NOT regular maintenance (head gasket/top end work M3 s54), I would have liked to see better customer service and honesty, as this was just a huge waste of time and money for me.
