I just wanted to thank the Josh's for their customer service, time and energy. My battery died due to the alternator during rush hour traffic on Wedneday morning on my way to work....I was stressed, annoyed and not ready to start my day doing this. I was able to set up an appointment and get a new alternator put into my vehicle in less than 3 hours tops. They even went to the store to pick up the alternator so it would take less time waiting for a delivery. Both of these gentleman (both named Josh) were understanding, helpful, empathetic and truly turned a very bad day for me right around, all while saving me a few dollars. Thank you guys for your time today and I will ABSOLUTELY be bringing my vehicle back for any future services I may need and of course recommending this location to everyone I know. Tuffy staff were exceptional at tackling a difficult job with my truck. It took longer than anticipated, but the staff kept me informed and I could tell they cared a lot about the quality of the service provided. I will be back. Thanks!

Received a recommendation from Farmington Hills Discount Tire after needing brakes, etc. checked. Am glad I came here and learned how interested in taking care of customers they are. Mike is open/honest and they took care of my car's need. Lobby is clean, location is convenient. I will be back and happy to recommend in the future too!
