Griffin's Neighborhood Auto Clinic, LLC

I recently purchased my daughter’s first car. It needed more work than I anticipated. The staff at Griffin’s are fantastic. They kept me updated every step of the way. Parts for her car are a little harder to come by, but they came through every time. Their automated system of making an appointment and receiving notifications of the work that is suggested, was far more advanced than any dealership service department I’ve been been to. I liked being able to approve the work to be done to move forward. I really appreciated the personalized service. I know we will be returning when the car needs additional service.

Super friendly and helpful. Scott explained everything is great detail and made us feel safe leave the car with them. They finished the car in a very timely manner and I'm very pleased with their overall service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Figured I'd give them a try after my dealership couldn't get me an appointment for 2 weeks. Very glad I did! They were able to look at my car and make repairs the same day. Communication was great, they were very professional, and I received a comprehensive report of repairs needed on my car. Great to work with.
