Slim's Alignment & Window Tinting

On recommendation of Banner Auto went to Slim's for an alignment, but the guys found that CV shaft and all 4 lower control arms were old and needed to be replaced. Thanks to them the 08 X5 drives like a new car! Very grateful to add Slim's to my list of trustworthy mechanics!

I am editing due to owners response. I never requested an inner tie rod, I was told that my car needed it to do the alignment. The entire steering gear rack assembly, as well as all power steering hoses and the pump were replaced within 18 months, and the parts were under warranty. I provided the part they recommended, and paid the installation fee. The tie rod was not loose holding the rod by the socket end it did not drop as it would if the joint was worn. What they felt was acceptable play in the internal steering gear, not the tie rod itself, (bad diagnosis). They only found the left front bellows boot damaged and never mentioned the right side, again replaced at my expense. They performed the repairs, "as recommended". After a few days I discovered a leak coming from the rear driver side of the vehicle. It was a brake fluid leak, and I found a 4 month old wheel cylinder suddenly had a leak. I replaced myself, and I found that the internal piston seal was blown out and a brake shoe
