I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to this for transmission, rotor, and brake repairs, and I have nothing but high praise for the team there. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise that they demonstrated. The staff took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the process every step of the way. The repairs themselves were absolutely phenomenal. My car drives like it's brand new again, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team worked quickly and efficiently, but never sacrificed quality or attention to detail. I was also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were, especially given the high level of service that I received. Overall, I can't recommend this shop highly enough. My first visit to Eastpointe service center was awesome. I heard the ad on the radio, for a $19 oil change any vehicle. So they honored the price and everything was nice. The staff was awesome I would return. This visit of service was on January 18, 2023. UPDATE!!!!! This is my second visit. The first visit was an oil change, now there’s so repairs I need done on with my vehicle. So now I’m in on January 20 for to get my front brakes and my front rotors replaced. Everything went well once again the atmosphere the people the service was great it was awesome I wasn’t overcharged prices right thanks guys. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection
