The brake job was fine it was just that the guy that fixed my brakes broke the tab off of my hubcaps and he didn't tell us. he wedged pieces of paper in there to keep them on and as soon as I drove off they began to fall off I lost one that day and I lost the other one a couple of days later. When I went back... the young man told me that he will replace one of them and he never called me back he took my name and number and he never returned my call it's been a few months now. ???? What a pleasant experience! And that's saying a lot when it comes to auto repair. I brought my 2003 PT Cruiser in to what I thought was the previous auto shop and University Auto was now there. I dropped it off explaining that there was a lot of front end sounds that needed investigating. Within 30 minutes, Tiger phoned and asked me to come and look at the what needed fixing and to prioritize the repairs for my budget. When I got there he took me under the car and pointed out all of the problems. Not only did he treat me right on the price (including a GREAT discount!) but when it was time to pick up the car, he again showed me (with the car up on the hoist) all of the NEW parts installed as well as the pile of old parts removed. The aftercare provided by Tiger and his staff is outstanding as well. I wound up needing a whole new suspension and was headed out of town in a few days. This has to be the best care repair shop in the Detroit area! They provide honest and reliable work at a great price! I feel so lucky I've found this place as I have an 2008 Saturn and and older Ford Focus so both vehicles are starting to need maintenance and repairs.
