Very quick to get vehicle serviced. Very friendly staff. Pricing very affordable.
My family took a vehicle in to Aranda's tires, in southwest Detroit, a few days after Christmas. We were there for about 2 hours, getting a new break pad, caliper hose, and replacing two rotors. For two hours of work, they charged my family 5 hours of labor, at $85/hour. This is more than double the time that they spent working on the car. We paid before our vehicle was ready, and when we inquired about the labor fee, they told us they would not do anything about it.
The customer service sucks. The service guy actually had an attitude because I saw that he gave me a bad tire and asked for a replacement. Don’t do business with these people. They are awful!
