They always got the extra mile for your ride
Charged me $360 and my car would not even make it around the corner from the shop. They lied about what was actually wrong with the vehicle to try to get as much money out of me as possible. They found little stuff wrong with the car and made it seem like a big deal while neglecting the real problems with the car. I went to another shop after this one and come to find out all I needed was a battery replacement to get the car to run properly but this shop tried to say that I need a new $3,000 engine. Makes no sense at all. I finally got my car running properly elsewhere, but overall I wasted money with these guys. Not a trustworthy mechanic! Reply: Thank you. You proved my point. You charged me $360 for a so called “TEMPORARY FIX,” which is definitely unheard of, and my car did not even make it off of the block without going out. Did not fix the problem. The car was still inoperable after leaving your shop. Needed to take it to another shop and spend MORE MONEY to ACTUALLY FIX the issue
