Beech Monroe Service Center - GOODYEAR

Amazing shop!!!! I’ll never go anywhere else.. The people are great, the place is so clean and free refreshment while you wait!! My first time here I brought my toddler and had a-little anxiety about leaving my car lol , so we waited here for the exhaust system to be fixed.. My child was so busy in here running and touching everything.. I did my best to keep her entertained but the staff did not care.. They interacted with her as they would pass through or wave to her when she would put her nose on the glass door lol… I felt like family… The work they do speaks for itself … THIS IS A GREAT TEAM and AMAZING SHOP

Highly recommend Beech Monroe Service Center! A mystery noise started coming from the front end of my car. Brought it in and dropped it off, they called a few hours later and had taken care of everything. Everyone was very kind and helpful as well. I definitely found the place I’m taking my car when there is an issue from now on!

The Beech Monroe staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they listen to your concerns. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They informed me that my brakes were in bad shape. I had repairs done at a different auto repair earlier in the summer and this issue was not addressed, even when I suspected something was off and mentioned it. Beech Monroe is now the place where I will continue to service my vehicle. Best of all, their rates are fair. I definitely overpaid at other places.
