They are great with their customers and really make you feel like family. I had a lot of work done to my car and they took the time to explain everything to me. If I could give more stars I would!!! This was my 2nd time getting service on my vehicle by Nick! He’s a GREAT asset to their business. He never pressured me to get extra maintenance done to my car like most guys do when they see a young woman who has no clue what she’s doing. My car was pulled straight in! Worked on immediately and finished within a timely fashion!!! I will definitely be returning! THANK YOU MUCH NICK????????

A drunk driver hit my new, parked car, outside my house on memorial day 2023. Affected my front left tire and door and sides the worst. It’s been about 2/3 weeks of me not having a car, but I picked up my 100% fixed car today!!! I don’t think 5 star auto ever specialized specifically in collision damage, but you’d SURELY think they did- with what AMAZING job they did. They can do ANYTHING. The drunk driver RUINEDD my Ford Edge and they (Nick had awesome communication the whole time, I can be finicky with anxiety) fixed it brand brand new back to how it originally looked and ran. They also did a complimentary vacuuming/ cleaning. Be safe guys, and make sure you have insurance. Saved me over 6k in damages.I will include a Before picture of what they fixed. Now it looks and runs just fine, even better than before.
