I had a good experience with consumer car care. My car was there for about a week. They were courteous and kind with every phone call for an update. I had a weird electrical problem which they fixed. I took my car here to get fixed and I gotta say they did a wonderful job mechanic Shane did my car great job Scott did my Oil and tires also did a great job
I had the flex pipe repaired on my muffler system. It kept breaking and I went back about every 6 months. I was sick of the constant trips and asked why it kept breaking. They said I needed new engine mounts. They also admitted they didn’t properly replace the entire flex pipe and have been patching it back together. I went to a reputable mechanic. He said my engine mounts didn’t need to be replaced. He replaced the complete flex pipe. I will never use this garage again. Service: Auto exhaust system repair
