Very happy with my first experience at Dykstra’s! I had originally made an appointment to get a brake inspection/brake changes on my truck. The night before my appointment as I was about to drop my truck off my wife’s car battery died and wouldn’t even take a charge. I called to leave a message on the machine to let them know I would not be able to make my appointment the next morning. Dave called me the next morning and was very understanding of the situation and even let me swap out the appointment to get my wife’s vehicle in the same day instead of my truck. We had my wife’s vehicle towed to the shop and they took care of it all on the same day as promised. Very happy with their flexibility and how that all worked out. Made a new appointment for my truck and I’m looking forward to getting my brakes done there later this week! Excellent customer service! Service: Auto maintenance
