Our initial reaction was to rate their service as poor due to inadequate update on the status of repairs and progress. But once we got in touch with Kenny, Ops Manager, he provided us frequent updates with pictures of the progress. He is nice, friendly and committed to provide excellent service to clients. It was very emotional for us as it was our brand new X3 and collision repairs were completed to our satisfaction. If you have any issues with their service, he is the go to guy!
They repaired my bmw and did a great job. They said it would take 8 days and I was expecting they would call and say it wasn't ready yet, but it was ready on time!! The staff was very polite and the experience was quick and painless.
Customer service was polite and friendly. Job was completed sooner than the estimated date. I didn’t like that my vehicle was not pulled to the door. No one went over the completion of the job with me. I was just handed my keys and maybe because it was freezing out side
