I had a great experience at Alpha Auto. The customer service was beyond measure and everyone was so extremely kind and helpful. Zack did an amazing job on my mothers car and was fair and honest. He explained everything up hand and was very accommodating. I’ve been to mechanic in the past with previous cars and always had to second guess and be careful. Took both my cars in to Zack for 8 tires for my Ford Fusion and Dodge Avenger and breaks. My Fusion needed new breaks/rotors and during the inspection Zack found my wife’s Dodge nearly had a snapped ball joint that probably would have caused an accident if not fixed immediately. He even sent me a video upon request of the issue since I was no longer at his shop at the time. Michelle in front office was great to work with in billing and wonderful to talk with and explained how they warrantied their work. Zack even took time out of his extremely busy day to help me with my Dad’s car minor issue when my dad dropped us off to pick up me and my wife’s cars and this place is appointment only right now too with how incredibly busy they were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and prices were very reasonable for the amount of work he out in to my cars.
