Put my grumbling angry muffler to sleep. They were professional and friendly and did not take advantage of a female senior citizen. Would recommend them and use again.
Stopped this morning because I needed my oil level checked. I walked in and Sam said she would do it right away. I needed oil and she took care of me on the spot. I appreciated it so much. Sam was very personable and a great asset to Tuffy Muffler. Thanks again Sam????
We were traveling from ohio to northern michigan when our suv started acting super crazy. We tried to get in at a couple places who would not help or take care of us. We just happend to call tuffy. Whoever answerd our call was wonderuf and extra kind and helpful they got us right in and got the problem fixed and were above kind and helpful.
