Always nice and friendly service but not sure if owners have switched a few times the past few years since Traxlers owned it but the amount of service provided has dropped considerably over time. Standard oil change today here is oil and filter lights , battery check air filter ,check , washer fluid top off . In and out and under 10 minutes. Oddly things on the invoice show multiple things done that were not but says they were .. tire pressure was never checked but claims it was adjusted, says I declined to have my cabin filter inspected when it was never offered, claims my rear differential was checked but wasn’t , claims chassis was lubricated but I highly doubt that happened. i just remember when all those things were actually done here including a squirt of oil on door hinges and windows cleaned . Most times I come here the guys are sitting in chairs waiting for customers so it’s not like it’s too busy to do the things they are claiming to do .. it might explain why where I take my
