The absolute worst place to take your vehicle to be serviced. They will take you for a ride and put your safety at risk. Do not trust these crooked people with your vehicle no matter how desperate you are. They will lie to you about repairs and leave you with even more repairs to be done with a vehicle that is not road safe to drive. As far as I’m concerned everyone there has moral and ethics issues that need to be addressed. Corporate will be hearing about these issues with how awful things are running at this place. Got in accident that crushed corner of car. Went to body shop. analysis took probably 10-15 minutes. Said they'd call me when parts come in. I'm not given any paperwork or information on what the car needs but wave it off because it seems obvious what the car needs. In the course of a month, my car steadily gets worse. Pieces are falling off it while I drive, the head light sinks. I get worried because I receive no updates. When I call the company, if they pick up, they brush off my concerns but then stop answering me altogether. They don't even know when my parts will arrive. Finally, I decide to go somewhere else. The new place takes 30 minutes to evaluate my car and say its unsafe to drive. Within an hour, they hook me up with a time line on when I can expect my car back, paper work regarding costs, have all my insurance information. I regret the time wasted going here to begin with.

I'm only giving one star because it won't let me give 0. I had my car "repaired" by this company and they had my car in the shop for 5 days. I got it back and 2 days later it was smoking under the hood when I pulled up to work. We opened the hood and saw that the coolant pipe was not connected to the engine. The mechanic didn't secure the clamp and let me drive off the lot without double checking his work. The coolant was going everywhere BUT the engine and I'm lucky my car didn't overheat or seize up before I got it towed back there. The manager, Chris, acted extremely nonchalant and when I spoke to his manager, apparently also named Chris, he did just as little to resolve this issue. He even had the nerve to say, "I could have told you it was something else and charged you for it." Except, no, he couldn't because I had photo proof of their mistake. Either way, what kind of customer service is that!? I now have to pay to take my car somewhere else to get it checked out because I don't
