I had a fried bearing on my boat trailer and went to this autozone to rent a tool to remove part of the bearing that was too stubborn to come out with the tools I had with me. The staff was phenomenal. Loaned me the tool and even had it modified to fit the limited clearance I had to work with. Grat people.

I stopped in to grab windshield wipers for my car I took them to the counter and the attendant said we have a special a free bottle of windshield washer fluid. As he was ringing up my order I showed my military ID for a 10% discount. After leaving the store I got about 15 miles away and thought about the bill I was looking it over and noticed the bottle of washer fluid was added to my bill. I pulled over and called the store and explained what was on my bill the attendant told me that the 10% was not for my military discount but the price of the wiper fluid which was how they give the "FREE" wiper fluid. I then explained to him if that was the case I would not have accepted the wiper fluid and just taken the 10% from my wipers which would have made my charge cheaper I didn't really need the wiper fluid. Not a good business practice.
