So about 6 months ago i go online, buy a battery, pick up in store-cool. The Manager before handing it to me points out to me "it's past the date but if you have any issues just bring it back" well a few weeks ago the dash battery light keeps popping on. Battery tests bad at Tuffy, AutoZone and Oriellys. Call up autovalue and the guy is ignorant from jump and says they don't sell the brand I picked up from them so I'm lying and there's no proof. So I dig through emails until I find my proof. Ok cool. Now I'm told I have to buy another battery in order to continue to drive so that they can charge, test and verify before they will fulfill the warranty... Absolutely worst experience at any parts store period. Never again.

Katie is the most helpful person I have met in awhile. I was headed on a camping trip with my family. And blew a transmission line. She drove out to us with the parts I needed to fix the line. Took a little while but got the leak to slow enough to make it the 2 hrs back home. I can't Thank Katie and the team enough.

Went there to get some touch up paint for my car to make it look better, but every time I go there the paint mixing guy talks me out of it. He's very informative on what it takes to paint a car and all the items you need to do it right. I usually follow his advice, but just needed to make it look better without the rust showing through the paint. It's not perfect, but does look better. I'm satisfied. He's been painting care for 25 years so I think he knows what he talking about.
