Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe

This place lies about completing the service checklist. I asked the employee if they checked the battery voltage since the checklist mentioned that there did and the person did not even know where the car battery was. I would not trust them with my car anymore. These are no professionals!

Good, efficient, quick service. Although I do wish they told you that if you get full synthetic you don't have to get a change for 6 months vs 3 because the sticker always says 3. Also they couldn't do my coolant flush because they didn't know how to work the machine. Not sure if it was because I came at the end of the day or because they really didn't have staff for it but either way I didn't get it done and was told to come back. Full synthetic was almost $100 but I received a coupon in the mail for a $25 gift card and I guess they put it towards that bill because it came out to $70 something. They were all very nice though! Would definitely come back.
