NAPA Auto Parts - Cereal City Auto Parts

Went 4 reas ago to get new battery and they put in my car.But now 4 years latter they Don't why!! Some of us ladies don't know how.

What ever you do, don't pick up online orders at this store. Three times, three issues. The last one, although online said in stock - it was not. They said they would give me a credit and to give them the card it was charged to. It was charged to paypal online. So they said they would give me cash. They did. HOWEVER, they turned around and added a second charge to the order to paypal so I still ended up paying for something I never received. Plus, the order online and ready in 30 minutes - this is also the second time it was NOT ready in over an hour before I arrived and I had to wait while they pulled the parts. I will still order NAPA, just ship to address from the Illinois warehouse and leave Cereal City out of it.

My wife handled everything because I'm jus a pretty face... They totally excepted her for going the extra mile and doing my job even tho I stood next to her and didn't say anything!!!
