My husband took our 2023 tahoe in for service ….. brand new vehicle with 3000 miles on it …. Has a terrible smell of mold … when my husband took it in a tech said “wow, we could smell you comming in” he told my husband that it is probably in the condenser and/or the air conditioner … when he called to check status NICK … said they put water on windshield to see if there was a leak , nick said no leak so they were done with it ….. he said “cant fix what isnt broke” told us if we want it fixed to take it back to Shaheens where we bought it! Nick needs some training in customer service! This vehicle is under warranty….. this IS a covered service under bumper to bumper warranty……Should be fixed SERIOUSLY….. we have purchased from Heritage before …, absolutely appalled at there response! Heritage …. You are a chevy dealer , isnt it your job to service vehicles and great customer service We are well known in the Battle Creek community and will definitely put the word out! Will NEVER reccome

Way too long waiting to get my car back, over 30 days!! We were told because there was not enough workers. Didn't even offer a car for a couple of days!! Paid over $1,600 in car rental, it sucked, my husband's on disability and I was getting ready to retire but now I cannot. So no not very happy ????

I brought my car in to get detailed at 8:15 a.m. I was told it would be ready around 4. I never received a phone call so I called at 5:30 asking about my car and was told it had been done for awhile. Very unprofessional
