They will make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle as best they can and will answer any and all questions you have. Pricing is reasonable for any repairs or replacements. Double E went above and beyond the call of service for us. We were recommended by Lakeview Body Shop and we had to get the car fixed fast for an important trip to Chicago. Right now all auto repair shops are short on mechanics due to covid. The previous (won't mention) auto repair center wanted to replace the catalytic converter and quoted almost two weeks to do the job. Double E found the problem to be just a simple fuse, and was able to fix the car within a few days of making a reservation. Honesty and Integrity are a great find, and we are glad we were recommended to go to Double E.
