Autobody USA Battle Creek

This place does good work but I had a problem with delays. They gave me one date I would be done but then had to push it back because of wrong parts. Then they had to push it back by a whole week because of wrong parts and the lock company not coming on time. I think it is a lot of miscommunication and not communicating in between people.

We’ve used Autobody USA a couple of times now, and never have had a problem. Very honest and they provide great communication for updates on your vehicle. As far as the work goes, the work is very high quality. I would definitely recommend them for your auto repair needs.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not use this place to get your vehicle worked on , the lady at the desk is mainly the problem! So first we waited 2 months to get the car in which is fine once we dropped it off they told us it would be done in 2 weeks , so the day before it’s supposed to be completed she calls and says they don’t have the parts… how you had 2 months to get them around after that she says they missed that the head light was broke how do you realize that the day before completion?? Okay so now that we waited for it to all get fixed she calls and says hey it’s done but you need your insurance to put up more money and you can’t pick it up untill it’s paid okay it’s Friday at 4 o clock how am I supposed to figure out how to get me insurance to jump in 1 hour !
