I will not be using this shop again. I took my car to these guys to have my winter tires put on and an oil change done in December 2022. In the process of putting on my tires, they somehow managed to cross-thread 2 lug nuts. I didn't find this out until I went to change back to my summer tires, and two of my lug studs broke in half. I took the car back to them so they could make it right. It took them two days, and they managed to break an ABS sensor, which they replaced, to be fair. They also tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by "only" charging me $450 to fix their own mistake instead of the $1150 it would have been. At the time, I just wanted to put this behind me, but I do regret not arguing this point.

Good and bad. They obviously get a large amount of business and there is a reason for that. They also turn cars around quickly. The problem is they feel they've earned enough wiggle room to lower their standards of customer service and work. Especially when dealing with smaller customers. I almost got double charged for something but had to correct the cashier for a returning issue. I got my window repaired and was missing a plastic part that I had when I went in. That I decided to replace out of pocket instead of going back and forth with "customer service" Don't even try to ask questions. It's an insult to them and they will insult your intelligence for asking. Don't try and ask any questions at all, you will be met with an attitude like " well are you going to drop your car off or not, doesn't make a difference to me". The opposite of helpful. "Drop it off and find out buddy I don't have your problem and I don't intend to help you understand your options or give you any confide

Jake’s automotive has been so good to me and so honest every time I have gone in! I’m so thankful for them. Recently, I brought my car in to get fixed and they quoted me a fair price but it was fixing something pretty pricey. When they got in to fix it, they realized it was a much less severe fix and would be much cheaper. And instead of lying and making me pay the expensive price, they were honest and allowed me to pay the cheaper price even though they still had to do the first quoted work. I am always so impressed with how kind they are but I’ve been absolutely blown away by how honest they are every single time! Thanks guys!
